Kim Kardashian’s Calabasas Condo‍

Kim Kardashian’s downtown Calabasas pied-à-terre, which she has used to continuously hawk her popular beauty and shapewear lines, attracted onlookers when she first put it on the market several years ago. All agreed that the condo’s idiosyncratic look was certainly eye-catching, despite not everyone being a fan of it.

Although the condo got a lot of publicity, it never sold. Now it’s back; and it’s asking $3.5 million, just as it did three years ago. The listing is held by the family’s longtime favorite real estate agent, Tomer Fridman of Compass. When Kardashian married Kanye West in summer 2017, she purchased the formerly Mediterranean-style apartment at the Avanti complex for $1.6 million. The brutalist architect Vincent Van Duysen remodeled it from top to bottom as a birthday present from West to Kardashian – the same Belgian designer who did up her Hidden Hills mansion just a few blocks away.

This monastic-style apartment has three bedrooms and four bathrooms in just over 2,200 square feet of minimalistic, sand-colored living space. Featuring wide-plank European oak floors, plaster walls, ceilings and cabinetry, bespoke furniture, light fixtures, and flowing drapes, the apartment boasts a wealth of bespoke elements.

Among the highlights: a semi-private elevator empties into a private foyer, along with an open-concept great room featuring a gourmet kitchen with Bosch, Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances. The master retreat features a luxurious bath featuring a Jee-O soho tub, a Toto toilet, and MGS faucets, fixtures, and a covered deck for additional outdoor living.

HOA fees at the condo are $685 per month, which includes guest parking, a pool and spa, a fitness center, barbecue area, and fire pit, among other amenities. A number of retail and dining options in downtown Calabasas are also within walking distance of the units.

Kardashian continues to own and occupy her Hidden Hills compound in addition to this condo, which was featured on several episodes of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and used as an office for KKW Beauty and her shapewear line SKIMS. A number of her family members own vacation homes at La Quinta’s Madison Club, where she owns a large vacant lot.

Apparently, the Kardashians love the Avanti in Calabasas, too. In addition to Kim’s home, the Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner also owns three other multimillion-dollar condos in that swank retail/residential complex; Jenner’s mother Mary Jo Campbell, as well as Robert Kardashian’s cousin Cici Bussey, are said to live in those condos.
