The seller of this lavish property is apparel mogul Maurice Marciano, co-founder of the Guess clothing brand. Interestingly, the sale price of $32 million represents a decrease of approximately $3.6 million from what Marciano paid for the house just a year prior, when he acquired it for a substantial $35.5 million.
Originally constructed in the 1950s as a modest midcentury ranch-style home, the residence underwent an extensive rebuild and expansion in recent years.
