The reality TV star-turned-billionaire e-commerce mogul Kim Kardashian is cleaning house! Just days after she put her downtown Calabas condo on the market, she decided to sell another property. Now that her Hidden Hills mansion is on the market, a ranch house has popped up for sale. The fixer-upper was built in the late 1950s and appears to have remained largely untouched during her relatively short ownership period. Kardashian purchased the fixer-upper for just $1.6 million in October 2019, while still married to rapper, record producer, and fashion designer Kanye West.
One of the oddities of the property is the fact that it rests on a 1.5-acre hillside parcel that is bisected by a street that is open to the public, or at least to members of the public admitted to Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms in nearly 4,000 square feet of single-story living space, the property overlooks the state-owned parkland that was once home to the Ahmanson Ranch.
