Although it features a velvet-lined screening room and a grand chef’s kitchen, it still retains its stately appearance despite boasting the most essential conveniences of modern life. A two-story foyer is among the most commanding elements of the manor with its arched doorways and wood-paneled built-ins, while luxe furniture and crystal chandeliers reflect the family’s dramatic flair.

In 2015, the Osbournes purchased the mansion from film producer Oren Koules for .85 million. If the current asking price is met, the Osbourne estate would be one of Hancock Park’s most expensive homes. Shonda Rhimes, the creator of Grey’s Anatomy, set a record earlier this year when her three-story mansion, previously owned by Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos, was purchased for million. As a result of all this, we wonder who will be the next prominent figure to occupy Osbourne’s house.
