Harry Styles’s Former Hollywood Hills for $6.77 Million

British pop sensation Harry Styles’ former Los Angeles residence, perched just above the Sunset Strip in Hollywood Hills, has once again changed hands, selling for $6.77 million to an undisclosed buyer, as indicated by public records.

The property’s history unveils a narrative of ownership transitions and price fluctuations. Styles, known for his role in “Don’t Worry Darling,” possessed the four-bedroom, six-bathroom dwelling from 2016 to 2019, acquiring it for $6.9 million. Following personal renovations, Styles sold the house in 2019 to a corporate entity associated with Singaporean billionaire tech entrepreneur Patrick Y. Grove for $6 million, marking an $870,000 loss, according to Dirt.com. After being listed for $7.95 million in October 2022, the property underwent a price reduction to .245 million in January 2023. The transaction concluded in late July, with the buyer’s identity remaining undisclosed.

Constructed in 1946, the opulent four-bedroom residence aligns with the image of a glamorous pool-party haven one might associate with the former One Direction member. Featuring an open layout and outdoor spaces on every level, the home boasts an entrance leading to a capacious living and dining area with a fireplace. Disappearing glass walls extend to a terrace offering panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles. The main floor includes a chef’s kitchen with an island, gray stone countertops, and white cabinetry.

The second floor houses the primary bedroom, complete with a private balcony and a bathroom featuring dual vanities, an infinity-edge bathtub, and a walk-in shower—all adorned with city vistas. The backyard encompasses a kidney-shaped pool with a spillover spa, nestled against a bamboo-clad wall, and a bar area. Additional amenities comprise a gym, office, and a home theater with distinctive purple walls and furnishings.

Emma Hernan from the Oppenheim Group, a prominent name from the Netflix reality show “Selling Sunset,” facilitated the property’s sale. On the show, Hernan revealed that Styles left behind a remarkable collection of hundreds of shoes. She expressed mixed sentiments about the sale, acknowledging Patrick Grove’s attachment to the property while highlighting the satisfaction of finding new owners, especially given the current scarcity of luxury home sales in the market.

Styles’ real estate ventures extend beyond Los Angeles, encompassing residences in London’s Hampstead Heath and chic apartments in New York. Estimates suggest that his residential real estate portfolio is valued at .5 million, contributing significantly to his overall net worth of $120 million. The dynamic trajectory of Styles’ property dealings mirrors his multifaceted career and continued success in the entertainment industry.
