The beachside house with a cozy wooden interior and a 1950s charm, where he spent his weekends, inspired him to write the song “Something Good Coming”, which he called something good coming because he spent most of the weekend there.

On the main floor, there is a floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace that separates the open-plan living area from the kitchen, both of which feature exposed beam vaulted ceilings, wood plank floors, and retro wooden paneling all of which combine to create a unique design. The listing is held by Chris Cortazzo of Compass, who also sold the property to the iconic musician back in 2010. “When Tom first walked into the home, he just loved the essence and the spirit. He loved its originality–it was unpretentious, which was very much his spirit,” Cortazzo said.
