Star QB Russell Wilson’s 2 Multimillion-Dollar Mansions

Quarterback Russell Wilson faces significant multimillion-dollar decisions in the coming weeks, with indications pointing towards his likely release from the Denver Broncos in mid-March. Amidst this career uncertainty, selling his two lavish mansions in the NFL cities he once called home may be a prudent move. One of these upscale residences is located in Bellevue, WA, acquired during his tenure with the Seattle Seahawks, and the other in Denver, secured in 2022 following his trade to the Broncos.

Wilson’s relationship with the Broncos soured, culminating in his benching towards the end of the 2023 season. The decision to cut him before his $37 million salary for 2025 becomes fully guaranteed on March 17 seems imminent, leading to speculation that the Pittsburgh Steelers are the front-runners to sign the 35-year-old quarterback.

This potential shift would leave Wilson as the owner of two mansions in cities where he no longer plays. The Denver Post reports that Wilson is discreetly exploring offers for his Cherry Hills Village mansion off-market, purchased for $25 million in 2022. However, his Seattle-area mansion has struggled to attract buyers for the past two years.

Wilson’s Bellevue Mansion

The Bellevue mansion has been intermittently listed since April 2022, shortly after Wilson’s move to Denver. Initial prices ranged from $36 million, gradually reducing to the current list price of $26 million. Acquired for $6.7 million in 2015 during Wilson’s Seahawks heyday, this 11,104-square-foot estate perches on a bluff overlooking Lake Washington. It boasts six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a grand foyer, multiple fireplaces, an office, gym/yoga studio, lounge, home theater, game room, playroom, recording studio, and captivating lake and city views from nearly every room. Situated on almost 2 acres, the property features private gardens and beaches along 270 feet of shoreline, complete with a tram and a dock accommodating four vessels.

Despite a $10 million reduction in asking price, the property, once Washington’s priciest listing, remains unsold.

Wilson’s Denver Mansion

While there is no official listing for Wilson’s Denver residence, recent reports suggest he is entertaining offers for the Cherry Hills Village mansion. This Tudor-style, 20,060-square-foot mansion was the most expensive private residence ever sold in Denver when Wilson acquired it in 2022 for $25 million. Situated on a 5.34-acre lot, the property features four bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a double-height entry, a living room with a stone-surround fireplace, a formal dining room, a kitchen with a center island, and various amenities such as a home theater, indoor sports court, bar, office, library, indoor pool and spa, and a nine-car garage.

With the uncertainty surrounding Wilson’s future team, it remains to be seen whether the Wilsons will opt to rent rather than buy as they navigate through a potential relocation, at least until one of their existing properties finds a buyer.
