Orlando Bloom’s Beverly Hills Home

The open sky theatre is set over sliding glass walls of an expansive 4,000 square foot contemporary spread and can be accessed directly from the entrance, which gives the experience of being within an outdoor theater.

According to Rich Report, Orlando Bloom is once again looking to make ends meet through housing, and has posted his modern Beverly Hills pad for rent once again. Due to the city’s housing shortage, Orlando Bloom has once again listed his apartment for rent for a monthly rent of $35,000, and the actress is once more struggling to make ends meet.

The Oppenheim Group (of The Selling Sunset fame) made an announcement on Wednesday evening that Eric DeAngelis – co-founder of the Oppenheim Group (of the Selling Sunset fame) is going to be listing the four bedroom, four bathroom contemporary style home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms on Thursday morning as a furnished rental through the Oppenheim Group.

As of the spring of 2019, Bloom, the real estate company that listed both of the properties across the street from one another, had listed the property between them for just over $9 million, which was the listing price for the property between the two properties in the spring of 2019.

After it was reported that the actor had just gone on the market for the 4,011-square-foot residence, the 7 million dollar sale occurred in 2017 after it was reported that he had recently bought it for $7 million.

The current owner has made improvements to the property in 2018, and as stated in the listing for the property, these improvements were completed in 2019, following the five million dollar investment made by the current owner in 2018.

As a result of Bloom’s construction of a new kitchen and the addition of a bar, extra closet space, and a zero-edge pool, the property became the primary focus of its appeal and a wonderful area for entertaining when the renovations and additions were completed.

This single-story home is surrounded by a wall of glass that consists entirely of sliding glass windows, making up all the walls on the top level, which are all made up of sliding glass windows that lead out to the large pool that is surrounded by a small Baja shelf, as well as having a spa embedded into the wall.

In order to complete Bloom’s swimming pool, a huge amount of time and effort was spent on the construction of the pool, which cost in excess of half a million dollars and took over a year to complete.

A large decked area surrounding the pool is surrounded by crafted ipe wood decking that provides a number of lounge spaces seamlessly flowing into the interior of the property via a disappearing glass door. There is also a fire pit bordered by built-in wood seating next to the pool.
