With a price tag slightly over $5.6 million, the acquisition was first disclosed by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Known as “Madd Maxx” to devoted Las Vegas Raiders fans, Crosby, the NFL’s fourth highest-paid defensive end, scored a bargain on the contemporary abode. Originally listed by local dentist Bill Dickerson for nearly $13 million in winter 2020, the property was snagged by Dickerson for $2.8 million back in 2003. Subsequent reports suggest he acquired the adjacent lot, merged the properties, and added a second structure featuring a lavish indoor basketball court with an upstairs viewing gallery, complete with a fireside lounge, kitchenette, and sweeping views of the valley.
Situated on a spacious 1.2-acre plot and constructed in 2002, Crosby’s new estate boasts seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and over 20,500 square feet of living space spread across two levels.
