Nestled on one of the most coveted streets within the community, Bieber’s newly acquired west-facing vacation retreat finds itself amidst other residences housing equally illustrious personalities. Adjacent to the property lies an ultra-modern mansion owned by Kris Jenner, while just two doors down stands an even grander residence custom-crafted for Kylie Jenner. Noteworthy neighbors in The Madison Club include Tim Cook, Adele, Kourtney Kardashian, Scooter Braun, and Nike’s Phil Knight. Residents, who pay HOA dues of $1,652 monthly, enjoy access to the enclave’s exclusive amenities, including a clubhouse, upscale dining options, spa facilities, a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, and more.
