New Massive Superyacht That Can Dive 820 Feet Underwater

A conventional yacht is no longer sufficient; now, you require one that can explore the depths of the ocean.

Migaloo is currently accepting orders for a high-end submersible superyacht named the M5, a vessel that only the wealthiest of billionaires can aspire to possess. The company is seeking a ten-figure sum for this underwater craft, narrowing its potential clientele to the ultra-rich.

The M5 caters to the multi-billionaire who desires more than cruising the open seas; they want to explore the ocean’s depths. This seacraft spans 544 feet from end to end and is 75 feet wide, providing ample space for up to 20 guests and 40 crew members. It boasts a range of over 9,300 miles, reaching speeds of up to 20 knots on the surface and 12 knots underwater. Impressively, it can descend to a depth of 820 feet and remain submerged for up to four weeks.

Despite these remarkable features, we’ve only begun to scratch the surface. Migaloo markets the M5 as the world’s first luxury submersible superyacht, pledging to go all out to provide the amenities expected by its ultra-wealthy clientele. The company plans to collaborate with customers to design their dream interiors, including an opulent dining room accommodating 36 guests with panoramic glass walls, a curated wine cellar, and a state-of-the-art cinema. Additionally, two swimming pools, a jacuzzi, and, of course, a helipad will be included.

When the M5 is surfaced, an impressive array of water toys awaits the owner and guests, such as five Sea-Doo Jet-Skis, Seabobs, Zapata Racing flyboards and hoverboards, along with equipment for paddleboarding, kitesurfing, and kayaking. The vessel is also equipped with two custom Midget-Submarines, two submersibles, and various ROVs and UUVs, ensuring an abundance of entertainment options on board.

Forbes reported 2,540 billionaires worldwide last year, and less than two-thirds of them possess a net worth exceeding the M5’s $2 billion price tag. To contextualize this amount, the M5 surpasses the cost of the world’s most expensive yacht, Lürssen’s $800 million Dilbar, and is over four times the expenditure Jeff Bezos made on the 5 million Koru.
