Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott’s Elegant Beverly Hills Estate

There is one thing all Kardashians have in common: their passion for trophy real estate. According to our count, Kris Jenner and her five daughters own more than 20 multimillion-dollar properties. A luxury condo Jenner accidentally abandoned after forgetting she still owned it was used exclusively for wrapping presents and storing champagne. Whoops!

It is not uncommon for billionaires to trim their holdings now and then, so Kylie Jenner is selling one of her “spare” homes. In the lower Benedict Canyon neighborhood of Beverly Hills, the strikingly angular home looks like a contemporary European villa. There are seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms in the nearly 10,000-square-foot mansion, which is asking $21.9 million.The sale of the house would represent an impressive profit for Jenner and Travis Scott, who jointly paid $13.5 million for the house in 2018. The much-publicized couple owns a 50/50 stake in the 1.1-acre estate, which is protected by a towering gate and elaborate security system at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

The estate features neutral, earth-toned colors and bespoke finishes behind those fortifications. A vast array of floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to lush gardens that surround the house on the main floor, which features designer treatments on walls, oak floors, imported stone and oak floors.
