With private balconies or terraces, they range in size from 1,600 square feet to 6,500 square feet.

It’s finally time for the world’s first “yacht liner” to take the stage.

Early this year, the gigantic 728-foot Somnio, a cross between a cruise ship and a superyacht, was unveiled with no interior photos. A glimpse into the luxurious living quarters was revealed on Tuesday and boy, it was well worth it.

When complete, the epic vessel will be one of the largest residential yachts on the water, offering 39 luxury apartments and costing in the ballpark of $600 million. The condominiums begin at $11 million and range in size from 1,600 square feet all the way u to more than 6,500 square feet, all with their own private balconies or terraces. Just for context, the largest pad stretches almost the entire top deck.‍

As a matter of fact, each abode can be customized to the tiniest. Multiple cabins, a personal kitchen, a gym, a library, dressing rooms, a dedicated dining area, 270-degree views, and/or a large living room can all be specified by the owners. Without owning a luxury superyacht, it’s as close as you can get to living on one.

For up to three months, the owners will be able to further customize their floating home by working with Winch Design, Tillberg Design of Sweden, or Luttenberger Design. In addition to selecting materials, furniture, lighting, and artwork, design firms will source items such as cutlery, towels, and bedding for the apartment, as well as help with selecting cutlery, towels, and bedding. Interior decorators can also be hired by owners if they wish to help with the process.‍

“Beauty may be found as much on the inside of Somnio as it is on the outside,” Somnio co-founder Captain Erik Bredhe said in a statement. “Our owners will experience only the best, as is befitting of a yacht of this nature.”

In addition to restaurants and bars, owners will have access to a 10,000-bottle wine cellar and tasting room. This sprawling beach club features water sports and a variety of swimming pools, as well as travel to the farthest reaches of the world. There is also a full concierge service for making your stay as pleasurable as possible.

‍Somnio condos are exclusively available by invitation or referral, and each new owner’s identity will remain secret.
