Drake’s Custom 900 HP Brabus Crawler

Drake, the rapper known for his penchant for opulence and extravagance, has once again added a noteworthy vehicle to his already impressive collection. This time, it’s a Brabus Crawler, a choice that perfectly aligns with his flamboyant style and will undoubtedly stir conversations among his online following.

The news of Drake’s latest acquisition was shared by his longtime friend, Tony Bet, who manages Driving Emotions Motorcar. Bet took to Instagram to showcase the vehicle, which boasts a plaque that reads, “Specially Built for Aubrey Drake Graham.”

The Brabus Crawler is a rare and exceptional vehicle, as only 15 of these off-road beasts were produced. It embodies the essence of Drake’s automotive choices—outrageous, extravagant, and seemingly excessive in every way. While Brabus is renowned for its modifications to existing vehicles, the Crawler stands out as an original creation, though it draws inspiration from one of the tuner’s favorite base models, the Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen. The vehicle features a sculpted carbon-fiber body that pays homage to the boxy SUV, evident in its front end design, headlamps, and taillights. The open-air interior is protected by a robust steel tube frame and features the vehicle’s steering wheel and infotainment system. Notably, the vehicle’s carbon-backed, quilted-leather racing seats with four-point harnesses are a new addition.

Under the hood, the Crawler is powered by a specially tuned version of the G63’s twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine, delivering an impressive 900 horsepower and 992 lb-ft of torque. It retains the SUV’s nine-speed automatic transmission, sending power to all four wheels, as well as its front and rear portal axles and locking differentials. Completing the package are a set of 20-inch monoblock wheels fitted with rugged off-road tires.

While the exact price paid by Drake for this off-road beast remains undisclosed, the Brabus Crawler had an approximate price tag of $800,000 when it made its debut in 2019. Given its exclusivity and the artist’s penchant for luxury, it wouldn’t be surprising if he paid more, especially considering a recent listing on the Brabus website priced the vehicle at $940,000. Regardless of the price, the Crawler fits seamlessly into Drake’s already remarkable vehicle collection, which includes a rare Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan customized by Chrome Hearts, and, most notably, a Boeing 767 estimated to be worth $200 million.

Drake’s choice of the Brabus Crawler reinforces his reputation for indulgence and luxury, and it’s yet another bold addition to his enviable collection of vehicles.
