The latest megayacht from Dörries Yachts is truly a masterpiece.
Named after Zephyrus, the Greek god of the west wind, Zephyr stretches an impressive 378 feet (115.2 meters) and provides plenty of space for relaxation or entertaining on the open sea.
“Zephyr embodies a perfect blend of bold creativity and timeless style, ensuring it stands out in any era,” Dörries Yachts CEO Henning Dörries shared with Robb Report via email.
Designed in collaboration with British studio H2 Yacht Design, the all-white vessel boasts an elegant profile with long, sleek lines running from the sharply pointed bow to the sculpted stern. The four decks are carefully arranged to create expansive open spaces for sunbathing, both at the front and back. The aft decks are fitted with glass railings to offer uninterrupted views of the ocean.
“The final design is not only stunning but also features a timeless appeal with modern surfaces and meticulous detailing,” added H2 owner Jonny Horsfield. “With expansive glass and spacious outdoor decks, Zephyr reflects the contemporary tastes of today’s discerning clients.”
While the exact interior details, including the gross tonnage, have not been disclosed, the yacht is expected to offer luxurious amenities.
At the top, the sundeck features a plunge pool and sun pads at the front and a large circular lounge at the rear. The next two decks offer alfresco dining areas that can accommodate 12 guests, as well as more plush lounges, while a Jacuzzi takes center stage in the bow area. The bow is spacious enough to accommodate a helicopter, making arrivals and departures convenient. The owner’s suite will likely have private access to the bow, as is common with many high-end yachts.
The true highlight of Zephyr is the swimming pool on the main deck, which is surrounded by sunbeds and offers breathtaking views of the sea. Two staircases lead from the aft of the main deck down to the swim platform below, which provides direct access to the water and a garage filled with water toys. The platform is also equipped with sunbeds for those looking to relax by the ocean.
Dörries Yachts has introduced some remarkable megayachts and explorer vessels in recent years, but Zephyr may be one of the most exceptional designs yet. The best part? The megayacht is available for purchase. More details will be revealed at the Monaco Yacht Show in late September, along with a full sales brochure for interested buyers.
