According to reports, 44 knots will be reached by the all-aluminum 115-footer.
It is reportedly going to be a fast superyacht.
Its top speed is 44 knots, which may make it among the fastest supersize alloy yachts on the market. Those engines are matched to KaMeWa waterjets and produce 2,600 hp each. MTU twin-engine option is reportedly capable of 35 knots at top speed. There is a 32 knot cruise speed and a 28 knot maximum speed.
In addition to designing Otam’s 70-footer, BG Design Firm devised the exterior design of the 115. The yacht’s deep-V hull design by Umberto Tagliavini Marine features a fine entry for cutting through seas. With a Seakeeper gyrostabilizer, roll is reduced and stability is enhanced.
Belowdecks, the 115 offers two queen-sized guest staterooms, a VIP stateroom in the forepeak and a master stateroom amidships with two twins bed. In the engine room, there are crew quarters between the master bedroom and the master suite.
The open floorplan of the salon and the panoramic views of the formal dining room are both featured on the main deck. With its fold-down transom door, Otam provides the ultimate in comfort and convenience. PWCs and a tender can be stored in the transom garage.
