Superyachts all have a story to tell. Sinot’s new concept of Poetry revolves around discerning seafarers in a beautiful epic.
It represents a new thematic approach to superyacht design, the Dutch firm says, focused on the dreams of prospective owners.
Designer Sander Sinot said in a statement that he challenged himself to create a concept that fully accommodated the owner’s desires and lifestyle without compromising the yacht’s design.
As a result, Poetry is more like an elegant, modern home than a traditional superyacht. To create a private area for the owner, Sinot moved the wheelhouse from the highest deck to the bow. Because of this, the upper deck is completely devoted to the owner’s suite.
Aside from four spacious staterooms and two VIP suites, Poetry offers 21 double crew cabins, four officer cabins, and a captain’s cabin that can accommodate 47 crew members.
In addition, there is a multimedia cinema for movie nights, an exploration room where you can chart routes with the captain, and a wellness area with a hammam, a sauna, a gym, a beauty salon and a massage area.
Despite Poetry’s impressive interior, the exterior is equally impressive. A spacious alfresco dining area flows seamlessly into an infinity pool on the main deck aft. Just a few steps down, you’ll find the beach club and a swim platform with direct access to the ocean. Poetry’s sea pool is another noteworthy feature, which is created by lowering a hatch below sea level, extending a filtering wall, and letting the fresh, saltwater flood in.
In addition to its grunt, Poetry also has plenty of charm. An aerodynamic hull and sleek lines enable the vessel to cruise at 12 knots and 17.5 knots at full tilt for up to 4,500 nautical miles. She is equipped with a generous garage where she can store two limousine tenders, five wave runners, and other water toys.
Poetry sounds like a dream come true for every owner.
