Creating a haven for relaxation and leisure on the open sea, Officina Armare has conceptualized a superyacht with a dedicated man cave on its lower deck, presenting Project Armand—a 279-foot vessel with distinctive features that set it apart in the maritime realm.
Inspired by automotive design, Armand boasts a sleek profile characterized by elongated, graceful lines and a sharp pointed bow. The yacht’s efficiency is enhanced by a highly streamlined hull and a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system, delivering superior speed and environmental friendliness compared to traditional models.
However, the primary allure lies in the opulent amenities. Armand, with an expansive interior volume of 2,500 GT, features an oversized living area equipped with cutting-edge facilities. The main salon is a standout, offering a state-of-the-art virtual reality (VR) setup for immersive sensory experiences. The glass concave structure, adorned with LED screens, creates a 180-degree virtual realm, enabling seafarers to embark on unique journeys, such as exploring the Serengeti or watching a Grand Prix race.
The yacht’s interior also boasts a two-story owner’s penthouse spanning the bridge and sundeck. This private retreat includes a lounge, wine cellar, and smoking room, leading to an outdoor lounge with a Jacuzzi and panoramic ocean views. Armand further includes a full-beam VIP suite on the main deck and seven guest staterooms across the main and lower decks, providing accommodation for 18 guests and 21 crew members.
Venturing outdoors, the main deck features a glass-bottomed infinity pool surrounded by amphitheater-inspired seating. On the lower deck, a man cave awaits with a plush lounge, diving station, and a floating garage capable of housing a U-Boat Worx Super Sub, a custom tender, and various water toys.
At the opposite end, the bow showcases an extendable helipad that transforms into an outdoor cinema, featuring a hidden C SEED outdoor TV measuring an impressive 16.7 feet. The upper deck adds to the grandeur with an epic outdoor dining area, perfect for elevated gatherings.
Project Armand is just one of Officina Armare’s remarkable concepts. The design studio previously introduced a 131-foot vessel embodying the essence of a private island in October. Additionally, a lavish private jet interior inspired by yachting was unveiled in the preceding year. Officina Armare continues to push the boundaries of maritime and luxury design with its innovative and drool-worthy concepts.
