Mercedes-AMG One With Zero Miles for $5.4 Million

A Mercedes-AMG One, among the most technologically advanced hypercars in recent memory, has become available for purchase. F1rst Motors in Dubai recently listed the low-mileage hypercar for sale, though it comes with a hefty price tag—double the original sticker price. The dealership is optimistic about the car’s appeal due to its standout features in the competitive hypercar market of this decade. Not only does the German vehicle boast futuristic aesthetics with a large wing and active aero elements, but it also incorporates a Formula 1-derived powertrain, consisting of a 1.6-liter V-6 and four electric motors, delivering an impressive 1,049 horsepower.

The AMG One’s performance is not just theoretical, as it accelerates from zero to 62 mph in a mere 2.9 seconds and achieves a top speed of 219 mph. Notably, it holds several production car speed records, with its most significant accomplishment being the completion of the 12.92-mile Nürburgring-Nordschleife in 6:30.705 minutes in November 2022, surpassing the previous record set by a Porsche 911 GT2 RS Manthey by over eight seconds.

Being a limited edition, only 275 units were planned for production, all of which were sold out before the 2022 production commenced. The available AMG One features a glossy black exterior and a black interior, with the dealership claiming zero miles, suggesting minimal usage.

However, potential buyers might be deterred by the asking price of 20 million United Emirates Dirham, equivalent to approximately $5.45 million, twice the car’s reported original cost of $2.7 million. Despite the high price, there may be collectors keen on acquiring this rare hypercar. It’s worth noting that U.S.-based collectors should be aware that the car is not road-legal in the United States.
