The “Eagle Mansion Signature Villa” has been chosen as one of the top three finalists in the international competition named “Signature Mansion,” organized by Emaar Misr for their new project, the “Soul Luxury Beach Resort,” located on the Northern Coast of Egypt. This exclusive villa, designed for Mohamed Alabbar, the renowned Emirati businessman known for founding Emaar Properties, responsible for iconic structures like the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, and serving as the chairman of Eagle Hills, an Abu Dhabi-based real estate development company, holds a prominent position in the upcoming resort.
Situated 30 kilometers from Marassi, the Soul Luxury Beach Resort spans 580 acres, offering a unique haven amid the breathtaking natural beach landscapes of the North Coast. It encompasses beach mansions and homes seamlessly integrated with nature, providing unparalleled views of the Mediterranean, waterfront lagoons, lush green spaces, and an array of distinctive amenities to cater to every need.
The Eagle Mansion Signature Villa stands out as a centerpiece within the Soul Luxury Beach Resort. Distinctive in its approach, this extraordinary villa is designed to be constructed entirely on an artificial island. Crafted with inspiration drawn from the client’s lifestyle, the villa encapsulates a sense of luxury and practicality.
Lead Designers and Architects, Oznur Pinar CER and Danilo PETTA, founders of MASK architects, emphasize the uniqueness of the Eagle Mansion Signature Villa. It is envisioned to float on artificial hills, creating a sensation of a floating villa. The villa’s sleek, flush design embodies freshness and aesthetic appeal, blending luxury seamlessly with the client’s lifestyle.
The Signature Villa is strategically built on an artificial island, representing the region’s architectural essence. It comprises three main levels: the Public Mansion, Semi-Private Mansion, and the Main Private Mansion for the owner. The innovative concept of constructing the villa on an artificial island is complemented by 360-degree beachfront surroundings, walking paths, and multi-purpose outdoor spaces, including event and party areas. The outdoor space, hosting an exhibition area for common users, also includes a basement serving various purposes, such as staff areas, laundry, storage, technical rooms, equipment housing, and underground parking.
The three levels of the Signature Villa are meticulously designed to create distinct zones. The first floor, known as the Public Mansion, accommodates the client’s friends, guests, and business associates. This level features guest rooms, expansive living accommodations, open kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. Additionally, it houses offices, a library, meeting rooms, and studios, providing an ideal space for business meetings and gatherings. The first floor also prioritizes health and fitness with facilities like a gym, sauna, Turkish bath, hydro-massage showers, massage rooms, yoga, meditation areas, and space for exhibiting the client’s art and collectibles.
The second floor, known as the Semi-Private Mansion, is dedicated to the client’s family. It offers increased privacy, luxury, and direct access to roof pools and infinity pools. The uniqueness of this floor lies in its access to two main pool areas, totaling 2000 square meters of infinity pool, with additional features such as bathing decks and mini islands for private and secluded moments. The Cantilevered Glass & Steel Pool, heated for year-round use, adds to the luxurious experience. The third floor, identified as the Main Private Mansion for the Owner, is the most secure and private space, accessible only through the second floor. The Signature Villa includes a helicopter landing pad on its roof for convenient client access.
