The current listing is managed by Brandon Assanti of The Agency.
The four-bedroom, five-bath home, located in the Brentwood area, was owned by the English actress for 15 years. It was purchased by a non-celebrity couple for just under $4 million in the fall of 2021. Since then, the property has seen minimal changes, primarily limited to some cosmetic updates.
Perched on a ridge overlooking the serene Mandeville Canyon and shielded from the street by a cluster of tall trees and an attached two-car garage, the residence features a classic Cape Cod style with white wooden siding and stone accents.
