Josh Jacobs’s $6 Million Custom-Built Las Vegas Home

Josh Jacobs, the newly signed running back for the Green Bay Packers, has put his modern mansion in Nevada up for sale, now that he’s settled in Wisconsin. The property, which he once called home while playing for the Las Vegas Raiders, is listed for just under $6 million. James Meadows of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties holds the listing.

Jacobs purchased the nearly one-acre property for $750,000 in the summer of 2021 and set about creating his “ultimate dream home.” Completed in 2023, the custom-built residence is nestled behind gates and high hedges in the upscale Augusta Canyon neighborhood of Southern Highlands, just a short drive from the Las Vegas Strip. The single-level home spans over 5,300 square feet and includes three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a six-car garage equipped with air conditioning and epoxy flooring—ideal for car enthusiasts.

The home’s entry is marked by a private courtyard featuring a fire pit, leading into the expansive, open-concept living spaces. The great room is a standout, featuring a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a wet bar, a climate-controlled wine wall, and automated pocketing glass doors that open to the backyard. The sleek dining area is illuminated by a matchstick light fixture, and it flows into the modern kitchen, which boasts white marble countertops and backsplashes, along with ebony-colored cabinetry and appliances.

Other highlights of the home include a tiered movie theater, perfect for film buffs, and a luxurious primary suite with a custom-built closet and an elegant bathroom, which comes complete with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower. Outdoors, the resort-style backyard is highlighted by a lap pool with a spa and two Baja shelves, a half-basketball court, and a covered patio with a built-in barbecue area.

Jacobs was drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders in 2019 as the No. 24 overall pick after an impressive career at the University of Alabama. During his time with the Raiders, the 26-year-old Oklahoma native earned numerous accolades, including being named the Pro Football Writers of America’s “Offensive Rookie of the Year,” leading the NFL in rushing in 2022, and making two Pro Bowl appearances. After entering free agency in March 2024, he signed a four-year, $48 million contract with the Green Bay Packers, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his car.
