Sean “Diddy” Combs has put his Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $61.5 million. This same property was the subject of a Homeland Security raid earlier this year.

The luxurious 10-bedroom estate is located on South Mapleton Drive in Holmby Hills, a prestigious neighborhood known for its celebrity residents. Spanning 17,000 square feet, the home boasts an array of impressive features and amenities. Combs originally purchased the mansion for $39 million in 2014, right after it was constructed by well-known spec mansion builder Nile Niami. The European-style estate sits on a 1.5-acre lot and includes standout features such as a 35-person movie theater, a pool, and a grotto connected by an underground water tunnel.

In addition to the main residence, the property offers a separate two-story guest house, a spa building equipped with its own beauty salon, and a range of outdoor amenities. The meticulously designed grounds include formal gardens, a basketball court, and a covered loggia outfitted for al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue and pizza oven.

The mansion officially went up for sale on Sunday, with the news first reported by the New York Post. Kurt Rappaport, co-founder of Westside Estate Agency, who has been described as “realtor to the stars” by the Los Angeles Times, is handling the sale for Combs. However, Rappaport has not yet commented on the listing.

In March of this year, Homeland Security raided the property in connection with a sex-trafficking investigation. This followed five civil lawsuits filed against Combs by four women and one man, accusing the rapper and music mogul of rape and unwanted sexual contact.

According to The New York Times, Combs has consistently denied these allegations, and he has not been formally charged by federal authorities. Additional lawsuits have been filed since the initial five, with CNN reporting at least four more suits against him for similar claims of sexual misconduct. Neither Combs nor his legal representatives have provided comments on these legal matters.

From the minimal social media exposure the celeb duo’s Westchester County primary residence has received, we can also gather that it’s heavy on rustic touches such as wood paneling, warmth-exuding light fixtures, and—so quirky!—a vintage telephone booth in the driveway.

Aside from his Beverly Hills mansion, Combs, 54, also owns a lavish home on a private island off the coast of Miami Beach. His Miami property was also raided by authorities at the same time as the Los Angeles home. In 2021, Combs purchased a $35 million estate on Star Island, a property once owned by legendary musicians Gloria and Emilio Estefan. This new acquisition sits next door to a home Combs has owned since 2003, further expanding his impressive real estate portfolio.

The Beverly Hills mansion is situated in one of the most exclusive areas in the country, home to high-profile neighbors such as Kylie Jenner, tech entrepreneur Sean Parker, designer Alexandra von Furstenberg, and the iconic Playboy Mansion.

Combs’ decision to sell the mansion follows years of owning and maintaining high-profile properties in some of the most luxurious locations across the U.S. His Los Angeles home, with its combination of opulence, privacy, and prime location, represents a rare opportunity for a potential buyer looking to reside in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in the world.
