1. Six Senses at The Whiteley, England:
Six Senses, based in Bangkok, will unveil a property in London at The Whiteley, a new multi-use complex in Bayswater, West London. The 110-room and suite hotel will be housed within the Grade II Heritage building, preserving the original façade and incorporating a staircase modeled after La Scala opera house. Interiors designed by AvroKo will reflect an old-fashioned London underground station with classical details and art deco elements. The hotel emphasizes wellness with over 3,500 sqft dedicated to fitness, including a 20m swimming pool. Additionally, 14 residences will be available for ownership.
2. COMO Alpina Dolomites, Italy:
Nestled in the UNESCO World Heritage site of South Tyrol’s Alpe di Siusi in northern Italy, COMO Alpina Dolomites is an architectural masterpiece. With breathtaking views of the high-altitude plateau, guests can indulge in winter sports or year-round activities like hiking and horseback riding. The property boasts a spectacular design, wellness offerings, and nutritionally balanced cuisine, maintaining COMO’s commitment to health and luxury.
3. Aman Nai Lert Bangkok, Thailand:
Following the success of its New York hotel, Aman is set to open its next urban hotel in Bangkok. Aman Nai Lert Bangkok will rise in Nai Lert Park, offering a unique perspective with wrap-around views, open-air terraces, and a central atrium. Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston, the hotel will occupy floors 11 to 28 of a 36-story building, featuring 52 suites, 50 residences, and upscale facilities. 4. Ta’aktana, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Indonesia:
Located in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia, the gateway to Komodo National Park, Ta’aktana, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, promises a luxurious experience in the midst of natural wonders. Spanning over 34,000 sqm, the resort includes five dining venues, a destination spa, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a private beach, and a yacht for exploring West Flores and the Komodo National Park. Set to open in the summer of 2024, the Four Seasons Hotel Osaka will occupy a prime location in the One Dojima Project, a major development by Singapore’s Hotel Properties Limited and a Japanese developer. With 175 keys, the hotel caters to both business travelers and art lovers, situated next to Nakanoshima, a thriving art district in Osaka. Four Seasons Hotel Osaka aims to offer curated programs providing an immersive experience in the local culture.
