The building’s façade is adorned with diamond-shaped glass panels meticulously angled for optimal natural light refraction.
The diamond motif, a distinctive element of Bentley’s design DNA found across the brand’s products and cars, is echoed throughout the building. Embracing a design philosophy centered around merging indoor and outdoor living, the apartments feature expansive balconies, each equipped with a private, heated swimming pool, providing residents with an outdoor oasis.
The integration of Bentley’s design language extends to the use of sustainable, locally sourced materials in each apartment. The development adheres to local environmental standards, obtaining Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) certification to minimize environmental impact during design and construction.
A defining aspect of the living experience in the building is the unique ability to drive directly to one’s home, facilitated by four ‘Dezervators’—patented hydraulic elevators designed to transport both residents and their vehicles directly to their floors. The identification of the vehicle upon arrival is ensured through an RFID sticker, followed by guidance through a special LED lighting system to one of the Dezervators, offering a seamless journey with no buttons to press and no need to exit the vehicle until reaching the residence.
A sales gallery has been established on the private beachfront to provide potential buyers with a preview of this distinctive development.
