Wellness Sleep Retreat at Castle Hot Springs

An expert sleep doctor will lead the retreat.

Taking a break from the stresses and distractions of a fast-paced world is the ultimate luxury in today’s world. In order to help its guests rest well, Castle Hot Springs is introducing its first-ever sleep retreat, which will provide them with all the tools they need to rest well.

A four-day retreat will be held March 24 – 28, 2022, guiding participants through a variety of strategies that will not only help them sleep better and restore balance to their own 24-hour clock, but also help them create meaningful changes that will last a lifetime.

A leading sleep expert, Dr Rebecca Robins, designed and carries out the whole program, which incorporates discussions, meditations, one-on-one wellness sessions, and invigorating exercise.

A key aspect of Dr Robins’ retreat is nutrition, which encompasses everything from sleep cycles to wellness. The itinerary will include a lecture on nutrition that examines how what we eat affects our sleep patterns. As part of this retreat, retreat guests will have the chance to visit the resort’s thriving organic garden and greenhouse, which are geared toward growing crops that are focused on flavor over size, guided by the agricultural team.

A Sky View Cabin or a Spring Bungalow will be available as accommodations for the sleep retreat, each with a private deck equipped with a telescope to view the endless Arizona sky. Each cabin comes with a private deck and a soaking tub made from Sonoma stone.
