Former Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford has been quite busy since he arrived in Los Angeles just over a year ago. In addition to winning the Super Bowl with the Rams, he spent over $30 million on three houses in the guarded Hidden Hills neighborhood — a new mansion and two side-by-side ranch houses bought from Drake.
In an unexpected move, the 34-year-old NFL star has pared back his real estate portfolio. The Hidden Hills residence was sold off-market for million to an unidentified buyer, or $1.4 million more than Stafford and his wife Kelly paid last May for the then-new property.EGC Real Estate Group developed the modern farmhouse-meets-Napa-Valley-style structure on speculation last year on a 2-acre knoll near his coach Sean McVay and teammate Aaron Donald, as well as Kylie Jenner right across the street.
